Chinese herb to reverse gray/grey down? He Shou Wu?

Hi! :) My acupuncturist told me of a Chinese herbal supplement, Fo-Ti or He Shou Wu (Polygonum multiflorium), that's known to slow down or even REVERSE gray spike. It's also a detoxifier for the kidneys and liver, and even has some claims of slightly lowering cholesterol.

I develop to have elevated cholesterol (not worryingly high, of late higher than it should be for someone of my age, stir level and stout eating habits). I also enjoy a LOT of gray hair for someone who's individual 35. Both of my parents went gray prematurely, so I other accepted this as inheritance.

But now that I did plentifully of research on He Shou Wu, I'm thinking that perhaps if I could lessen my "toxicness", I could lessen my gray quill. This seems to be among the most COMMON of adjectives Chinese herbs. Some folks enjoy had miraculous down color changes from it, tho I know no remedy works for everyone. But I'm thinking of trying it. My acupuncturist take it, and says it's even undisruptive for children.

Any thoughts? :)

Answer:
Yes, He Shou Wu is a very top Chinese herb and has be used for centuries in adjectives of Asia.

Of course not everyone benefits from it, but many do, so provide it a try and give it some time to see in. Maybe even a few months.

Like the other creature said, I would not go for the ones within the box (low strength in those) Go for a right quality such as these http://www.holisticchineseherbs.com/hair...

or through your acupuncturist.
If there's no spoil going to be done, why not just grant it a go!! You might procure a lot of "it's quackery" answers, but seriously the lone reason for NOT trying it would be if it be harmful. I also saw this on the pattern - even less dimensions for harm and indubitably seems to own some amazing success stories, including one frankly incredible (but encouraging!) one just about grey hair money off; http://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/oil_...

Good luck! And let me know (25 years frail and busily pulling out white hairs, yikes!)
No view about Chinese Herbs. I own a cure for Gray hair through Natural channel, if in covering you are interested through with freshly diet and oiling your hackle. It is an Indian Research Study of which I was a constituent of it (never published because of financial reasons).
