Bee Pollen- Take day by day or as needed? I am taking it presently for allergies...?

ok, so im taking bee pollen for allergies because i hear it is a good raw antihistamine. I really dont see it working well for me, because i dont reflect on i am taking it correctly. Should I be taking it daily on a rota, or only as needed when my allergies exploit up? OR does anyone else have any other perfect natual remedies or herbs to lift for allergies, mine are really bad!
