In alternative pills, we would look for the root cause of your down loss and treat that - not just the symptoms. There are lots of reason why one's hair might start falling out.

If you are not ingestion properly, or are anorexic, a multi-vitamin might help. I recommed one from the strength food store called Pure Essence One-n-Only, or something similar.

If you've simply had a child, or a miscarriage, hormone fluctuations can basis temporary down loss. As things calm down, it will come wager on in easily. Taking Vitex extract can help restore hormone go together more quickly.

If you are below an undo amount of stress, B-vitamins may help out. I would take a B-50 complex from a reputable company: NOW Foods, Pioneer, Solaray. Always give somebody a lift w/ food to prevent upset stomach.

There are several formulas put together for regrowing hair more with alacrity. They work for some women but not for others, depending on what is causing the spine loss. Most of these products contain Fo-ti, Nettles, Saw Palmetto, vitamins & minerals

One safe entity to do is to drink Nettles tea or take a medication of Nettles extract everyday. It is an excellent mineral source and is known to facilitate block the production of DHT.

Another helpful entity is to either buy Weleda tresses oil w/ rosemary or mix 8-10 drops rosemary grease in a tablespoon of olive grease and use this to massage into your scalp. Rosemary is particular to stimulate new fuzz growth. (Contraindicated in pregnancy and hypertension.)

I know that ACV is a "super food", and that it works great on allergies. ACV also help with the immune system, and several other things. I'll try the baking soda entry too,man I hope it works!
I have not hear of this either, but it cannot hurt, if you drink it within moderation in a cup of water. It make you blurp for sure:-)
Friend, vinegar (apple cider, red wine, white..) is basically diluted acetic acerbic while baking soda is sodium bicarbonate. Mix them together and you release carbon dioxide. I doubt either or both together help much for male template baldness. Since I started shaving my head, I enjoy noticed that women appear to like it, they want to touch my cranium etc. I think they're adjectives hot for Jean-Luc Picard, Kojak, Vincent Diesel, guys with lacking hair heads. No offense, but when women want to touch my lacking hair head, I stimulate them by keeping it closely shaved!
