Anyone know much going on for the mind soporific treatment call Reika?
Reiki is a form of spiritual practice, used as a complementary therapy, proposed for the treatment of physical, intense, mental and spiritual diseases. Mikao Usui developed Reiki in untimely 20th century Japan, where he said he received the resources of 'healing without enthusiasm depletion' after three weeks of fasting and meditate on Mount Kurama. Practitioners use a technique similar to the laying on of hand as well as gesture in the atmosphere, which they say will gutter "healing energy" (ki). Practitioners state that strength flows through their palms to bring about curative and that the method can be used for self-treatment as well as treatment of others.
you tight-fisted reiki energy beneficial? i know very thoroughly little so i won't say much but it's getting popular and you could probably found a class in the vicinity you if you're interested.
i heard it works but google it
Yes it’s call Reiki.
I have used it and found it extraordinarily comforting.
I say comforting as I am not sure that it in actual fact 'cures' anything but it does always exit you after a session with a sense of resourcefully being and become quiet which is beneficial even if your original problem is not certainly cured - so it is worth it for this alone.
I used it when I had Post Natal Illness and it be a struggle to get through the subsequent day - a session of Reiki would set out me calm and competent to cope better for a few days to a week. I used it again when I had a crucial horse riding accident which rendered me extremely disabled and in a wheelchair for some years until I be able to own an operation which did not 'cure ' me but made me more mobile.
I was impressively frustrated during this time and found it hard to cope - and Reiki help again.
Reiki is supposed to harness 'universal energy/love' and direct it to you and tap into this perkiness and your therapists and your own skilfulness to heal your body.
I am sceptical - markedly - but during a Reiki session I felt close to I could feel this joie de vivre flowing into me.
During a Reiki session you remain fuly clothed and are not actually touched by the practitioner, or should not be - they hold their hand just above your body and sometimes specifically above the areas that you find problematic - but their hand never touch you if they are doing it right.
The fact you are clothed and not physically touched by some one who is is liable to you and caring for you can be a positive point is you find personal space an issue or you are not for other reasons wanting to undress or your body to be manipulate by someone you do not know very okay.
I can not see Reiki when practised well ever doing any impair but if you go for it you want to understand that it enhance your well self but it is not a cure for any specific condition and it does cost money and is sometimes quite expensive if you are on a budget ( as most of us are so solely do it if you can afford it) .
So I would advise that if you enjoy a medical or mental health issue you wish professional help too from your doctor/s.
'Reiki does not take the place of conventional pills. Always consult a GP for an acute or infectious condition, and problems of urgent concern. Reiki is a complementary therapy that works effectively alongside orthodox healthcare, so expanding treatment options'
But Reiki is a accurate complimentary therapy for anyone to own alongside any other treatment if you can afford the cost
