Chakra question?

Anyone know of some good books on Chakras?
Any flawless tips/techniques you would advise for developing a well again energy flow?

I can see that copious have answered this press in it's entirety, however, I would close to to caution you on focusing drive on specific centers since someone on the board suggested that she likes to focus her thoughts on the center between her eyebrows. You necessitate to be cautious in the order of what you focus your thoughts on because you can unbalance your system, cause all kind of ills to befall you if you don't know what you're doing. Many books out here focus on this as well, short having much more comprehension than what has be written in books that they hold read or stories that they've heard. In other words, they aren't much of an authority any. If you can find any books on chakras by Rosalyn Bruyere, such as Wheels of Light, I can vouche for her ability as a psychic and a seer. I studied below Rosalyn at the Healing Light Center in Glendale, California and she have done extensive research in the corral of medicine and chakra/energy area balancing. She is a reputable and current healer that can present you great insight into what you are trying to learn roughly.

If you go along your existence path, meditate as you go, you'll find that the liveliness centers will open of their own union and in their own time, when you are all set to handle the strength that comes through.

That said, I hope that you are careful beside what you are doing and spend more time on meditating and developing your sense of compassion, fairly than focusing your awareness on energy centers that ignorance on your chunk may end up cause you greater harm than correct.
