I heard if you drink 2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar 2-3 times day after day, it helps your condition. Is this really true? Anyone had experience near this?

Yes it does.It taste alittle objectionable though,although once it alkalizes your system the taste get better.You can add honey which make a good combination.Just formulate sure to rinse your mouth good because it MAY hurt enamel on teeth.
