I own clear braces w/ the clear runner bands. They are a bit more expensive than the metal ones. Also if youre red and that is the foundation you dont want anyone to see then lately chill. About half of my order has braces and 2 society w/ braces won "best smile" in our class poll. GL!
all right dont drink soda otta the can it will screw up your braces
dont devour really hard food or bubble gum.
spawn sure to remove anything in the braces
when you first capture them avoid ANY hard for maby 3 days
your dentist will probley aid you more ask him
Hmmmmm... You could wear something that takes attention away from your braces. Wear really cute lipgloss. Wear cute clothes. Fix your fuzz in a really cute process. Paint your nails a pretty color. Sure associates are going to see them, and a couple of jerks are gonna bring in jokes, but i'll be powerfully worth it.
Get light colors such as white...don't grasp clear tho that doesn't work.Stay away from bright colors and make sure u verbs them A LOT!
don't stress it.
I actually loved showing mine. Since the dr changed my rubber band monthly I would get ginger and black for halloween month, brown for Thanksgiving month, green for christmas, silver for January and red for Valentines and so on.
Friends were resembling cool.
instead of gettign a color for the brackets, you could just stick near silver or a light color. After a while you furnish up on making them stand out les. Sorry you just own to stick it out-hopefully its over soon.
***if you want them to be less definite choose a metallic silver color, but really there is nought wrong bout braces, after a little while, ull own a gret smile!
***pink and light blue are cute colors
***NEVER bring back white or clear bands do white looks like food is stuck contained by ur braces and clear like it u put away ketchup or a lollipop or somethin, they stain
***they put the bands, and afterwards every time u go rear legs u get to choose fresh colors
i have gotton em on over 6 times (dont ask!)
it doesnt hurt dont worry-it is basically a long process and it tastes kinda discouraging
they give u a leash on ur molars fiist, to see ur size and stuff
first theu put this positioner thing is ur mouth, it make your mouth stretch a lkot so they can see ur teeth, it will bother u for a minute or 2 but u will get used to it, u keep hold of that thing on the WHOLE time
consequently there are these things that look approaching shots and stuff, i got really freaked out when i first saw them but in reality, they dont go within ur mouth! this is the cement that they put on ur braces then they stick the braces on ur teeth
**the cement kinda taste bad!
afterwards they will put the rubber bands on ur braces next to things that look like sisscors (they dont hurt) after that they put the wire-this is the most anoying cut cause after they slip it surrounded by ur mouth, they have to cut it to trade name it fit right
then i.e. it!Ur done
but after u do it, ask ur doctor for dental wax, and rubber cover up
when u get home use ACT mouthwash and for the first hour, ur teeth may be a touch numb so drink mainly fluids-clear fluids
next for the first day or 2 ur teeth may be somewhat sensitive so stick with consumption soup, pasta, and soft foods-avoid straws
every night use Peroxyl mouthwash for similar to a week to keep ur gums storng from cuts and use dental wax and rubber coverups so u wont attain blisters, they hurt a little but arent that bleak. avoid sleeping on ur side, try to keep ur come first straight up for a couple of days
every morning and every night use the Peroxyl mouthwash again for 2 weeks consequently after that just use ACT mouthwash to hold on to ur teeth and gum s healthy. achieve some Super floss, made for braces-i sugest elictrical toothbrushes they keep ur mouth cleaner
dont worry-trust me- i hold had my braces on for almost 4 years, i am gettin em rotten on July 3-my friend says it acutally hurts more to seize em off so yea
