Does sleeping after a breakfast time head to freight gain?
if you sleep after a breakfast time, then your body cant burn it resembling it should because your not using any energy.
The intake of calories matter and so does the amount of exercise.Doesn't matter,when you sleep!
I've hear it doesn't matter when you munch through or burn the calories, the result will be the same if you do it surrounded by the morning or evening. So I would say sleeping after a teatime wouldn't lead to weightiness gain.
