I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far.
I lost 105 pounds within my first 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and hike for 45 minutes. You can start with smaller quantity time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be in haste walk. You want your heart rate to jump up. It must be in the morning, it see starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just drink half of what you customarily eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook smaller number. When you go to hurried food, get salads just. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or marine.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will gain hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It have been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you in actual fact write it down. We recently discovered a site that offer a great program that counts calories, as well as keep track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the nearest and dearest can keep track. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a morning. Nothing other than river in between. Include plenty of rare vegetables and fruits in respectively meal, preferably 50%. Chew respectively morsel at least 32 times to get going ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walk regularly preferably twice a day.

U will get done what u have not even dreamt and that too surrounded by a reasonable time. Do not be surrounded by a hurry.
