Recommended at no more than 20 minutes. But that often, I would just do 15. Be sure to fully hydrate yourself before AND after!
Well, I know you arent sup to stay within a hot tub for more than 15 minutes, so its probably along those lines.
No more than 15 - 20 minutes and make sure to stay hydrated.
Also, don't forget to stretch.
