I'm 54t 4 n weigh about 7.8 stone. My legs are quite slim but my top area and stomach are abit biger and i want to loose weight on this area before i can tone up properly. Is there any specific excersize I can do for this. I don't want to do crunches as this tones up the msucles whereas I want to loose body fat in this area. Do Cardio excersizes work best for this?
