I have have 2 c-sections, and every type of ab excersise I have tried I can never surface my ab muscles burn like every other element of my muscles when I work out different areas. I really want to flatten my stomach, but I never have any results. Any Ideas?
WHEN YOU HAVE A C-SECTION THE LOWER PART OF THE ABDOMINAL MUSCLES ARE CUT SO FOR SOME PEOPLE IT WILL BE VERY HARD TO GET A FLAT STOMACH. TOOK ME ABOUT 15 YEARS TO GET A COMPLETELY FLAT STOMACH WITH MODERATE EXCERCISE AFTER JUST 1. GOOD LUCK.
