Is ingestion alot of meat contaminated??

i love meat!!, im talking just about chicken mostly, could this make me heavy?? (i dont eat anything fried!)


Answers:    yes. But chicken and fish is okay. Try not to put away red meat more than 5 times a week. And chicken will not make you cooking oil. Chicken is allways recommended when you are on diet...
Red meat contains a lot of wet through fat, but chicken does not. I'd right to be heard if you are eating life chicken, you are just fine.
