Always when im on a diet i cant seem to go!?
Are you consuming carbs like bread, pastas, rice, etc? It seems like when many people go on diets they neglect to eat this type of food. You need more fiber in your diet and complex carbohydrates are the best way to get this fiber. You do get fiber from fruits and vegetables, but not enough. Add carbs like brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, and high fiber cereals to your diet. It's a myth that not eating carbs will help you lose weight. The only thing that you're really losing is water weight. You could eat prunes...they're a great source of iron and I think that they taste good too. They have some fiber, but again the complex carbs are the way to go to increase your fiber intake.
