A worthy on top form workout for a 16 year dated?

I am a 16 year old womanly. I do not feel large. I actually delight in my curvy body. (I am 5'4" 133-135lbs give or take).
I hold no desire to lose weight but I do want to become more of a well again person. I be wondering what simple exercises I can do to make sure I am forceful.
I don't want anything extensive or that takes a while a moment ago something to keep me stirring and healthy. Personal or common advice is greatly much appreciated. Thank you.
