I have read the 5 factor diet book and I am confused. All of the recipes at the bottom say "Serving: 2" So is the recipe for two servings and I need to cut the recipie in 1/2 or only eat 1/2 of it. Or just all the recipies as is? Please help!
Two servings means two people can eat that...so you either eat one and save another one for your partner(or maybe save that for yourself later for that day) or if u choose to eat alone then maybe lessen the portion into half in the recipe...you will get lesser dough or food...piece of cake...
