I reall want to increase my flexibility.
What websites have some pious useful stretches?
How long till I become aware of results?
Do some stretches increase flexibility quicker than others?
Do stretches tone your body?

Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility and toning. Stretching alone will not tone.
Anyway you do it, it could whip a few months to see results.

I would say, work on your hamstring and your spine. Those two areas are particularly crucial to healthy flexibility.

I would try using a DVD as apposed to a website. Try any DVD from Rodney Lee. Then bring a yoga class here and there to obtain some personal instruction.

I used to do pilates, and they really tone up your middle section and your hips and thighs. When you do the pilates twice a time, 3 days out of the week, you will see the results in smaller number than 1month.
