Ab Workout Question...?
or do only a couple of sets a daytime
I work out my abs twice a day every other sunshine.
500 reps of 3 different ab exercises (totalling 1000 reps in all). I do one set on my own at home, and the other set at the gym.
Just don't do it too much surrounded by one day. Muscles want to be relaxed. Well, I think you should do some sets regularly and the most esteemed thing is increasing the intensity. That's it!
Arnold cannot raise 100 kilograms for the first time too!
