Abdominal bloat?

What are some foods, or natural ways to trim down abdominal bloating? I know eating yogurt on a daily basis and drinking hot lemon water within the morning will help, anything else?

Answer:
Avoid chewing gum and drinking carbonated beverages. Eat slowly and drink plenty of sea throughout the day. The germs in Activia yogurt also sustain with digestive problems.
I would feel dairy products would help: lowfat / fat-free milk & cheese, and yogurt.

Don't drink alot of sodium: condensed soups, beef jerky, ham.
