Am i at the right weightiness for a 13 year old-fashioned girl?

everyone says im skinny but i deem my scale disagrees...i ruminate i could get for a time thinner and i would be fine kuz i really wanna fit into 0s and 1s again. okay, im 5"0' 13 90-95lbs. is this a good bulk for me?

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a daylight. Nothing other than river in between. Include plenty of rare vegetables and fruits in respectively meal, preferably 50%. Chew respectively morsel at least 32 times to initiate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walk regularly preferably twice a day.

U will complete what u have not even dreamt and that too contained by a reasonable time. Do not be contained by a hurry.
Your actually underweight. I reflect on it's fine that you want to fit in 0's and 1's, but don't diet or lose consignment to do so. Get toned! get more fit! Yoga, kickboxing, jog, a fitness ball, or swimming are fun, assured ways to get fit. I hope I help.
