I don't really get that. I vote that gaining muscle equals more weightiness and I don't want extra weight! I want to lose it, not gain it!

yer muscle weights mor than flab but the more muscle you have the mor cooking oil you burn up you will always find bid muscly folks always weigh like mad even though they are healthy.

you are missing the point. Yes...you are going to GAIN muscle. But the more muscle you have the more calories and butter you burn! So you are going to LOSE fat and GAIN muscle. Your cargo will probably stay about one and the same. But you will lose inches. Inches are WAY more important than pounds. An exercise globe is not going to make you into a bulked up body builder if that's what you are thinking.
your body desires muscle and some weight training to preserve you from losing more muscle as you grow older and to maintain bones strong. it also helps burn more calories while resting than if you enjoy less muscle. it also keep your body more toned so you appear thinner than if you were alike weight but next to less muscle and more curvy.
to reduce mass and keep muscle or increase muscle while losing substance follow a proper diet , do cardio and weights .
if you prefer to lose fat and muscle don't exercise and you will lose it, you will also burn smaller quantity and over the years gain more fat because near age a person loses muscle little by little and to prevent it and stay healthy and to prevent osteoporosis you hold to exercise and try to gain muscle.
