100 calorie pack well-mannered or unpromising?

while i work, i would like to snack on something not fatning or cloying, so i bough those 100 calorie packs..are they unpromising to lose weigh if u just munch through them once a day?

once a daytime theyre probably okay but you could probably do better on something like fruit or something that give you more energy and everything..probably smaller amount calories also [[depending on which you would choose.]] but if you like those better than they're probably fine.
i love those! but i stopped, because they are jam-packed with sugar, and corn syrup and things approaching that. i wasnt even thinking about that stuff! until i looked at the ingredients...
