A cross-question from a soldier.?

I have be in iraq for 10 months very soon. I have be very busy, but presently i find time to hit the gym. I've lost 50 pounds since we've been here and I wasnt chubby to start with. 5 months untill we come home and I want to receive the muscle back by next. Even more if possable. I need dietary suggestions. Please permit me know what a good supliment would be for express lean muscle growth.

My guess would be drink a lot of protein. Protein add to muscle growth.
