30 pounds weightl loss?

Hi, I am 5' 1" and about 125, and I want to lose 25-30 pounds surrounded by the next few months. I preserve my calorie intake to less than 1500 calories a sunshine, drink plenty of water, and tramp uphill 4-5 miles a day 6x a week, as okay as pilates. Is there any diet that I can follow that will give a hand me lose more weight in a flash? I don't like diets approaching South Beach since once carbs are added back into the diet, seriously of the weight comes fund. Any advice, tips? Thanks
