What do YOU do to lose solidity?

Thank you very much. I enjoy my own ways but I'd like to hear yours!

Answers:    Simply put, I drink less and exercise more. I hold cut out almost all sweets and snacking and stepped up my exercise by deeply. (ie. from none to an hour daily)
i go to the gym 3-5 times a week, drink plenty of sea, and eat lots of fruits and veggies
