5 Factor diet! Any opinions or experiences?

Does anyone know anyone who has done the 5 factor diet or has done it them selves? What was your experience and results?

I'm not sure about the five factor diet, but if you eat healthy and exercise you can also lose weight that way.

Eat about 1200 calories and eating right will help you lose weight.

Avoid fast food and junk, stay away from soda, even diet and you should be good. Also, if you are eating bread replace bread with wheat bread.

As for exercise do cardio. Take up some running, and if you know how to swim great.

Also, for toning to crunches, sit ups, push ups, and leg lifts. Also remember muscle weighs more than fat.

Drink lots of water to keep you hydrated! =]
