4 sum1 with a fast metabolism which workout is better 4 bulking up?
Bulking up is definetly using More Weight less reps. But remember every time you lift... Its QUALITY not quantity... So make sure ever rep you do is some what perfect and you and Squeezing the muscle and performing the exercise correctly. Also Cardio is recommended to everyone... even bodybuilders... they dont do alot but they do it!!
