exercise A LOT and have whey protein. i know guys that hold gained lots of muscle near whey protein.
eat lots of meat also.
buy protein bar - a good one is call pure protein. it has 20g protein and 2g of sugar and is extraordinarily good and innards. it contains whey protein and peanuts.

don't forget exercise though. lift lotsa weights.
