Why do I keep waking up?

I keep waking up early in the morning. It is more than once a night. Er....morning.

It usually happens around:

3:30 am

and

5:50 am

I don't know if this will help but...

I am 10 and 11 in April.

PLEASE HELP!

Answer:
Its hard to say why this is happening, but sleep patterns constantly change as you age. People also develop sleep habits, and now that you are aware you are waking up at night, you might think about this as soon as you wake up, and then look at the clock to see what time it is. If so, you are training yourself to do this.

To stop this from happening, you need to train yourself to fall back asleep instead. Turn your clock so you can't see it at night. When you wake up, don't look for the clock, or try to figure out what time it is, just go back to sleep, or think about something relaxing until you drift off again. This should help reset your sleep habits.
