Every Saturday I go to work come home exhausted , lift a nap and rouse up feeling sick to my stomach . Any accepted wisdom? I dont eat anything out of the uninteresting.And there is NO WAY I could be pregnant as I am not currently within a relationship and I don't do the whole offhand sex thing.
what do you do different on mon-fri from sit work shifts. now if the solely day you work is sit i would suggest you eat a outstandingly light snack prior to taking you sit naps.. you may a short time ago be so tired that you do not realize you are also hungry. good luck
Maybe you requirement to eat a night light snack before you siesta, like a piece of fruit or cheese. You could simply be waking up impressively hungry.
