I never feel it when I'm not running but whenever I run more than a mile it get a little sore. It sort of feel like a muscle headache between my knee and my quad. Does anyone hold any idea why this happen or if I should worry more or less it?
You need to see an orthopedist
you might own tendenitis or pshyatica, it runs in my family unit. what you need to do is rub your mauscle before and after running. be sure to also stretch. that will relieve. you ay also be devloping calicium deposits. if is worsens, all you can really do is see an atheltic doctor.
