Am I suffering from Insomnia?

I get something like 6 hours of sleep a night if I am lucky. I own serious issues falling asleep no matter what time I lay down to jump to bed. Most of the time I have issues next to waking up during my sleep, which is ruinous because even if I don't move it is as hard to crash down back asleep as when I first tried to leak asleep. When i wake up I do not discern refreshed as powerfully. Finally I've noticed I devise I am getting depressed from all this. I am no longer motivated to do anything. As a result my work life span is suffering. I had tried to hold on to this all a surreptitious from my girlfriend but after it started hurting my love life as okay i told her and she is being as supportive as she can. Any relieve would be greatly appreciated. I would really like to know if it looks resembling I have a sleep disorder and if so, What can I do and possibly what can doctors do.

try 30 minutes of cardio exercise every single time. even if it means taking a nice brisk tramp. this will probably help. possibly even lift weights 3 times a week for 40 minutes per session. this probably will backing too. or perhaps you do suffer from mild depression. converse to your doctor.
Sounds like insomnia to me. Your doctor might be capable of give you a sleep aid that you can use for for a while while, or you could try tylenol pm, or something over the counter. That usually works for me. Best of luck.

I think that you suffer from slight insominia but you don't own the full desease otherwise you would'nt be able to sleep. If its affecting your enthusiasm life you newly be honest with your girlfriend and notify if she is loving she'll understand. Have a word to your doctor going on for but I'm sure it'll pass.

i strongly suggest valerian root. it's great at relieving stress and tension! you can capture it over the counter and it's a great sleep aid! if you have one of those "race minds" or "i can't turn my head past its sell-by date no matter how tired i am" afterwards this will definitely sustain. you can find at your local grocery store in the pharmacy or herbal remedy slice. start off taking 500-1000mgs, 30-45 minutes until that time you go to bed. immediately you can get this stuff within capsule form and it's 100% not detrimental (my whole house has be taking it for years and our family doctor in actuality recommended it) however the only downside is that the more potent the brand your taking the stronger the smell. and this stuff smells AWFUL! but it's worth it. inside 5-7 days you should notice a positive change contained by your sleep.
