Anyone else's sleep pattern gone crazy?
Is it just me?
And if it isn't purely me, what's going on?
Hi Jon. Clearly the posts above show there can be a wide open variety of sleep pattern people experience. I know that one classic exact of early morning wake is the brain chemistry of depression; people experiencing clinical depression repeatedly show that pattern (of course most society who are having a depression know it adjectives too well; I don't stingy to say that's what's going on for you).
There's continuing progress contained by sleep science nowadays (though there's still lots that's not understood). I instinctively would be very shy to think of meds as a first prospect; I'd very much lean to seek out a sleep specialist for information.
For instance, for a moment thing similar to staring at our computer for an extended time right before going to bed can muck up our brain chemistry, because that much standard lamp in our eyes stimulates parts of the brain within a manner that go opposite to the brain's sleep style and make it harder for sleep to start ... though that's not what you're describing ... that's more what I do!

I've been have that issue, but I was chalking it up to stress, and my opening. My fiance has be having a rough time sleeping too, but figure it was because of me? Hmm I don`t know we should look into this?
Yeppers, I think everyone get like this, especially when they are stressed. I enjoy ADD and my mind races too hurriedly to get to sleep sometimes.
Tylenol PM works wonders, run 2 & it makes ya sleep 7-8 hours. DO NOT intentionally try and budge to sleep after you take it though, basically lie surrounded by bed and read or watch TV... up to that time you know it, you will have woken up 7-8 hours following.

Well im finding it tough because im i've just moved to Australia from England. So im a bit spout lagged.

Who is it that calls it crazy? He, he. I'm glad surrounded by a way end in your here on r/s. I am terrible, but what do you expect from someone that like feathered serpents? Could be a cosmic shift is taking place but again, I could be ......wrong. ~*~
sometimes yes and sometimes no - specifically when the energies are at the most conducive to meditation, so you might try it
For the past 10 days i enjoy been sleeping roughly 2-3 hours straight at the most and waking up literally soaked contained by sweat and find it impossible to get final to sleep again.Its 6.30am where i live and i fell asleep at 3am this morning after reading a book until it fell out my hand i was so tired.I really hope its the weather or something but its not that hot here surrounded by Scotland.Im getting worried about it
I guessed our bodies could no longer cope up the vigor of our actions. Got the same problem every hours of darkness. Worst, in the morning I get this headache in one side of my organizer - probably migraine.
yeah normally i sleep similar to 12 hours now i'm getting 5 or so! so u are not alone!

It happens to oodles people. You might be stressed more or less something or maybe you're a short time ago not active adequate during the day. As it's be going on for months I would see a doctor about it if I be you, as it must be affecting your life by immediately.
ive been sleeping for simply 2 or 3 hours a night for days gone by couple of months. when i wake up too rash i just put the radio on or read a book. its more relaxing than tossing and turning for hours and can eventually serve you to sleep

YES MINE HAVE BEEN GONE FOR YEARS, THE EARLIEST I HAVE GONE TO BED IS 2am, & A LOT OF TIMES I DONT SLEEP AT ALL, I HAVE HAD PAIN FOR 17 YEARS NOW & THEY SAY IT IS DOWN TO MY TABLETS. I TAKE ABOUT 20 A DAY BUT MY MAIN TABLETS FOR BED ARE MORPHINE. BUT I DONT LET IT BOTHER ME I JUST GET ON WITH IT WE WILL ALL SLEEP WHEN WE ARE READY, WHEN I CANT SLEEP I JUST GET OTHER THINGS DONE.
