well i have never had this problem before. i am not overweight or having any kind of illeness that i know of, but lately i have been breathing very wierdly. ok here it goes, well when i am at rest i dont breathe heavily but lately i have to take in a big breathe, and this happens alot now, but when i take that big breathe it feels as if i am getting nothing out of it. meaning ill have to take a big breathe again and again, but it feels as if i didnt do anything, it hasnt caused a major problem yet but it feels very uncomfortable for me
It may be caused by an underlying stress problem. Just to reassure yourself, I suggest you go to your doctor and tell him/her what is happening and ask for a checkup, specifically a lung function test.
