Beginner dumbbell exercise suggestions?
standing bicep curls, concentration curls(sitting with elbow planted against inside knees or thigh to isolate your biceps), triceps extensions, side arm raises( to build shoulders) are good for starters. don't sling the weights around you will hurt yourself. do the exercises near dilberation as to fully work the muscles with out getting hurt.
I am by no mechanism a body builder. I bought the Joe Weider Ultimate Bodybuilding book about 10 years ago. He recommend doing 2 to 3 sets of 10-12 reps for beginners.
