Am i cursed beside small shoulders?

I've asked this question a couple of times since, but never really gotten a definitive answer. I'm a 18 year old masculine, and i'm about 5'8. i enjoy a pretty well developed lower body, but i'm not a beefcake or anything. my lower body is slender, but no podgy, all muscle. however, it's up my upper body that have me feeling really desperate about myself. I'm pretty skinny, so i hold trace of a six pack since i don't have much flabby. but my shoulders are really small and they droop down, like straight down. This have really affected my self esteem since i don't "fit" ably into most clothes. I just want to know how i can extend or broaden my shoulders. The length of my shoulders is very small, more or less 3-4 inches. When i wear a shirt, i feel markedly self conscious and ashamed of my body. what can i do to remedy this? I've tried arm circles, push ups, but i can't seem to see a detectable change. give a hand!

I assume at your current state your shoulders are slanting downwards right? You can try to train your back and shoulders workouts within a gym through weightlifting. Broader and thicker back pushes the muscles upwards thus making the shoulder look broader. Training shoulder muscles save the shoulders in proper posture and prevents it from slanting downwards. It would also be an extra good thing if you train your chests muscles too as it gives extra support and make your body structure looks more well impartial. Arm circles and push ups only train a few parts of the muscles, what you call for to do is to train major parts of the muscles so that you can bulk up and see the highest changes. Try looking for a trainer contained by a gym or people who travel to the gym frequently on how to train. I'm sure they will be glad to help.
i dont really know much more or less shoulders and the width or anything but i do know that it is middle-of-the-road. I have see many general public with this condition and you shouldnt discern ashamed.
Just try and deal near it because it doesn't really make much difference through othere peoples eyes.

There are worse conditions out in that and having small shoulders isnt the worse. Heaps of family share your feelings but lately try and work through it.

Eat simply when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing bar water surrounded by between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits surrounded by each spread, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at lowest 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take restrained exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a daytime.

U will achieve what u hold not even dreamt and that too in a sensible time. Do not be in a hurry.
