Am i depressed?

i been awareness down lately. i cry alot for sometimes no reason at adjectives. i feel similar to i'm losing all my friends. i surface like not a soul cares more or less me. i can't go to sleep right away. i other have thoughts give or take a few something bad stirring to me. i also get tried and perceive like not doing anything. i thought just about death but it never get passed that. is it depression? any advice?

To me, it sounds resembling you have profusely of the symptoms. Some good direction would be to talk to someone you trust - close to a close friend/ your mum/ aunt for example about how you are emotion - it can sometimes help to win it all stale your chest. If you don't feel resembling you have anyone to settle to, it can be a good concept to write it down in a diary - trust me, this can be markedly helpful to organise your ambience and thoughts and help you get yourself better. If you still find yourself feeling down, step and see a doctor - who may be able to refer you for counselling for example. Practical things you can do to serve improve mood can be taking up some nature of physical activity approaching a sport you enjoy - see if your friends want to bind a club or something like that. Sport is impressively good as it help to reduce stress and generate you feel happier! Also, a nourishing diet with plenty of fruit and veg can abet keep you from slumping and have mood swings which consequently cause you to quality down! It sounds close to you are depressed. Crying for no reason at adjectives a lot is a huge indicator as capably as sleep disturbance, avoiding activities that you used to wallow in, withdrawing are all signs. Are you withdrawing from your friends too?
