Aggravation or depression?

Every once in a while I enjoy these days where on earth I want to throw the phone and computer across the office and bring up to date customers to get lost... I consistency tired, and just capture pissed off at the littlest things such as a simple question- I only dont wanna be bothered. Any idea what this is?

My husband worked surrounded by a telecommunications call center and feel the same process. He is a very gentleness and gentle man but the phone center drove him almost crazy. He left the department and go else where contained by the company and the stress vanished! Change jobs or at lowest start looking!
Yeah, your job sucks.

Get over it. Once you give work go do some fun ****. Get a hobby. Sounds close to your being overwhelmed next to your job. Your profession is a job. You can take a new one. Do not permit it take over your natural life. Anytime somethign changes your elementary nature its time to drop it.

Eat one and only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing except water contained by between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits contained by each feast, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at tiniest 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take standard lamp exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a hours of daylight.

U will achieve what u hold not even dreamt and that too in a sensible time. Do not be in a hurry.
The most stressful job are the ones where you own to deal near people within person or over the phone. To the customer you are the facade of the company and just someone they can whine, complain or be stupid to over the phone. They will use you to vent their fustrations next go on merry with the rest of thier light of day while you have to resist more of the same until you dance home stripped of your happiness.

There is no point within anyone advising 'take a tea break' or 'walk outside' as its not that simple. If you are annoyed by other things e.g. recompense, girlfriend/boyfriend, money, bills then this type of living will only amplify your fustrations.

The solution is to start looking for another position, preferably one where you don't enjoy to deal directly beside the public and crappy attitudes.

There's only so much you can lift and if you feel it's affecting you so much you want to lash out next it would be kinder to yourself and those around you to find a job you approaching.
