Meditation have worked for me.
Prayer, singing, writing my feelings down.
Talking to my supportive friends.
Going for a meander.
Visiting a temple.
Reading humour - Douglas Adams, PG Wodehouse.
Reading calm spiritual books.
Lying down and doing zilch, just breathing and relaxing.
Yoga and prayer.
