I started running again which is good but can't give the impression of being to kick it up to run more...further. I run a couple marathons a few yrs ago too so I know I can do this !! I think it is because I'm drinking wine more than i use to. Alcohol is not upright to have when trying to exercise etc. I own been thru alot..divorce and almost a finance CA but it didn't spread. I'm very obliged but need more motivation !! Has anyone eer feel this way ? A bit down but know the solution ?
Yeppers... motivation and procrastination enjoy always be problems for me too. Do you really want to run marathons again, or are you just doing it for the exercise? Maybe in recent times cut your wine consumption in partially and go from in attendance... If you start seeing improvements, that might be motivation enough to receive you to where you want to be. Whatever edict you make, implement it today!! NOW! You've be through so much lately and conquered it all, I know u can do this!
