Anxiety and frenzy or depersonalization...and im with the sole purpose 15 :[ i really involve backing right presently : [!?
Ok, here is what you do. Breathe. It is the anxiety. YOu have a really observable case of anxiety. I can hear it within your post. You sound resembling me at 15. Smoking weed is not going to trigger any episodes. Its a rather safe drug, although it can seriously increase anxiety. I'm guessing you found the term depersonalization disorder on the internet and very soon have yourself worked up roughly speaking it, and not that a doctor told you about it, am I correct? I do these things adjectives the time, or I did before medication. I'm going to supply you one piece of advice though - avoid drugs. Not because I'm giving you a sermonize on drug use. I used them in my teens too. But nearby is absolutely NOTHING worse for anxiety than drugs. Almost every wrong drug has the potential side effect of paranoia and anxiety. For a babyish lady who so clearly have anxiety, there couldn't be anything worse for you. So here's my counsel: TAKE THE MEDICINE YOUR DOCTOR PRESECRIBED. Regularly. Dont leave it on the nightstand and pretend similar to your taking it. Don't do drugs. And BREATHE! (exercise really helps relieve the anxiety too. try going for a long jog) Good luck!
You should speak to a parent/guardian about seeing a doctor or counselor. I've have a few of the problems you listed and completed up having to bring an anti-depressant to make me have a feeling better. Hope you start feeling better soon, suspend in in that. Hugs~
You need to move about to another Doctor and get minister to with your anxiety or at smallest talk to a counselor. This have nothing to do near pot unless it was lace with another drug. That's a obedient reason not to do drugs. Drug dealer can put other chemicals in it to try to take you hooked on another drug. I hope you never do another drug. This was a wake-up call upon. The next time you touch anxious, leave that place and run somewhere else. I use to have them discouraging and a change of scene help me.
I truly hope I have help a little. Let me know how you are doing. I consideration.
I am very sorry to hear you're going through adjectives of this. The pot you smoked my have be laced next to something that may have effect you this way. My guidance is to get a complete physical from your doctor ( including blood work) and ask your doctor for a referral to a shrink. You may need to be put on anti-depressants or other medication to help attain you well again. Take meticulousness.
If no physical illness is found, you may be referred to a psychiatrist or psychologist, mental condition professionals who are specially trained to diagnose and treat mental illnesses. Treatment for GAD most often includes a combination of medication and cognitive-behavioral treatment.

This type of therapy help limit distorted thinking by looking at worries more realistically.
In assimilation, relaxation techniques, such as adjectives breathing and biofeedback, may help to control the muscle rigidity that often accompany GAD.
I know what you are talking give or take a few. When I was around 17/18 yrs old, I smoked pot and have a nasty madness attack in a Safeway. For days after I still feel somewhat "stoned". I personally believe that the pot may hold caused your nouns attacks and now that you don't smoke it anymore, the verbs is still there that another will start. Which is what panic attacks are adjectives about. Thinking nearly having one will do a person to really own one. If you leave an environment brand sure to come back to it. Don't make clear to yourself, "I'll never come here again," because it can grow into agorophobia (spelling?). Remember to breathe with your diaphram- unsophisticatedly your stomach- no shallow breathing. When you breathe deep, it realeses chemicals that are approaching tranqulizers.
If nothing really help, go see a doctor. I be on Paxil control release, then my pharmcy switched me to some generic brand cuz it be cheaper (BOO). Paxil worked pretty well (control release is no longer availabe from what I hear), and I enjoy had friends that help yourself to Lexapro and have said it does great too. Best of luck!
