Why wait ?. Do them NOW and you`ll lose weight even faster plus you`ll start to tone up NOW. The length of time it takes varies from individual to individual. Anyway, whats the big rush ?. Don`t go in for this " rapid weight loss " rubbish - it doesn`t work. Stay with a steady exercise plan and you won`t go wrong. Good luck.
