That really only depends on your body structure and the amount of muscle mass you have. The websites that make available you BMI information don't take into vindication your bone structure and your muscle mass. The ONLY way to win an ACCURATE account is to ask a doctor.

Well everyone carry there solidity differently. Sounds like be about one and the same size Im about 5'6" and weigh something like 188. I look at myself and say I really inevitability to lose weight. I wouldnt enunciate that we are extremely obese or anything!!But well look at it this road Im not fat Im only just fluffy!LOL I am wanting to lose weight. Let me know if u hold any weight loss tips.

heres what i beleive. I beleive that not everyone has equal body frame. some people enjoy larger frames than other people. to me the bmi scramble can be a waste of time for that exceptionally reason. i am also lofty on the bmi scale, but most relatives dont think that i am flab because my frame holds the weight very well.
while i dont suggest gaining more substance because it can contribute to a multitude of health problems, i will suggest that you remain comfortable contained by your own skin and try to stay away from foods with alot of sugar and chubby. a little exercise cant hurt any.
also ask your doctor what they think. they might know how to run some tests to rule out any robustness problems.

If your sister is an adult, I wouldn't verbs about it. If she is a kid, I would try to intervene.
If she is content w/ her size, don't worry something like it. 196 isn't too obese.
When people communicate you that u are fat or overweight, it doesn't motivate them to loose counterbalance! It only hurts their morale.
Try accepting her the way she is.. if she starts loving herself, consequently maybe she will want to loose a few pounds.
