I have done the Adkins diet before and did really well on it. when I was pregnant I decided not to do it anymore for Heath reasons for the baby But I would like to lose the weight again But I have been doing it for about 2 weeks and I am not seeing the results like I did last time. Any Advise?
It depends, I think, on how long its been since you had your baby. If you gave birth recently, it might take much longer as your body needs to get its balance again after the 9 month and the delivery. If its been 6 month approx. you need to exercise too, a diet alone does not help. By the way the Atkins diet is very unhealthy, why do it? Why not try a healtheir diet that won't harm your body?
