A examine for ladies on orto-tricyclen-lo?
also, i am surrounded by my late 30's and looking for opinion on types of birth control....do not want to have tubal ligation (have a surgical horror story)
what have worked for you?
I have be on the pill for years and love it, BUT if you are having leg cramps you should collaborate to your doctor ASAP. The risk of clotting and other adverse side effects increases substantially for women over 30. Since you are on the lower dosage there is smaller number chance than if you be on regular Ortho, but I wouldn't wait to discuss this. My friend have always have issues with birth control, but SWEARS by the nuva ring.
I be on Ortho Tricyclen Lo a couple of years ago. I think I remember have leg cramps but they weren't severe. Your symptoms sounds serious and if I were you I would have a chat to your doctor/obgyn about it.
TRY TO EAT A BANANA BEFORE BED. I KNOW IT SOUNDS CRAZY BUT CRAMPS ARE OFTEN CAUSED BY LOW LEVELS OF POTASIUM. I USED TO BE A BIG ATHLETE AND HAD TO DEAL WITH IT ALL THE TIME. IF THAT DOESNT WORK THEN I WOULD GIVE THE DOC A CALL. I HAVE TAKEN TRY CYCLEN LO FOR 4 YEARS NOW AND HAVE HAD LEG CRAMPS BUT NOT DUE TO THE BIRTH CONTROL
I enjoy the mirena IUD, but am having it removed and replaced near the Paragard, only because it have no horomones, and I hate the isde effects of them, very soon i know that people attain heavier periods and some more cramping beside the paragard, but I can deal beside that if I don't have to do horomones anymore, and it doesn't come to pass to everyone, but I have have the mirena for 2 yrs, and like you I don't want a tubal even though I own a 4 yr. old. and 2 yr. antiquated twins but my mom had a horrible experience beside that so I know what you mean but the mirena have been important since I have have it has low horomones so if you don't capture side effects from the horomones, you might really like it, I own afriend that loves her mirena. Good luck!
