Answer:
10 mgs of Valium (i.e., Lorazepam)?? Are you sure you have cited the dose correctly?? I regard usual dose is 1-2 mg. Are you taking it for anxiety?? If so, it shouldn't make you touch different. There shouldn't be any motoric or cognitive effects if an appropriate dose is administered--at best, you'll feel tired if you aren't anxious and might sleep.

In street lamp of the additional details you've posted:

Even though in that is no interaction between Xanax and Valium, usual doses are assumed. I would not mix ANYTHING without confirming near the doc...for safety purposes, for peace of mind, and so at tiniest *someone* knows what's going on and can cart knowledge-based steps to more effectively treat your anxiety.

Even when two drugs don't interact with one another, nearby are other factors to consider: unprocessed products could change your chemistry or they may interact inwardly YOUR system but not others, for example. Ask your doc about combining the two. I judge there may be something more effectual you can try.

But, man,10 mgs sounds crazy...
I think different medicine affect people differently. My brother be just on a morphine pump and you couldn't even update. When I had equal thing, I be knocked out adjectives the time and made weird facial movements. Maybe you could try Demerol subsequent time.
Based on personal experience, I think probably what's making you nervous is debt symptoms caused by what you drank to quieten you down the night until that time. Valium is about as adjectives as Hostess Twinkies for that.
If you have a chronological history of use of sedative or hypnotic drugs you may be tolerant to them. Dunno if you use or hold used other tranx or sleeping pills before.
