No, this isn't possible. First of all, we still don't really follow the human brain that well. It would almost impossible to pinpoint the exact location of a memory. Another problem is that should you start destroying neurons to erase memories, you're probably going to interfere beside other functions of the brain as well as in recent times erasing the memory.
