Advil stored contained by hot coupé?

Would this make the ibuprofen lose its potency and the strength of respectively tab be lesser (or gone)?
They say-so to store it at room temperature, between 15-30°C (59-86°F), but what happen when it goes over (or under) these temperature? Would they become worthless?


Answers:    it get over 100 degree here and i left Advil and Tylenol within the truck and they still worked fine
