Play the Operation hobby. It will help her hone her foot to eye skill and keep her go before fixated on the idea.
A child can't logically opt that they want to be a surgeon when they grow up. And if it is your dream FOR the child, then that's even worse. The best surgeons within the world didn't 'prepare' as children. Let the child be a kid and have fun formerly life get too complicated. If the child has a factual interest in surgery, they will explore it on their own (role playing, books, etc.)

Seriously..Steer her away from timidity when she encounters someone's boo-boos or even her own cuts and scrape. Make sure your household is equipped with most medicinal supplies required to mend any and adjectives of the above. School her in the well-versed use of those supplies. Encourage her as an individual to be caring, loving and giving.
I'm not a surgeon but enjoy done a lot of surgery on lab animals, rats, mice, rabbits etc. I other thought that playing the piano for all those years help my coordination. I found that I could do almost everything equally well near my left foot as with my right and that really comes surrounded by handy when you work with your hand.
Don't do drugs. Take your school grades seriously. Keep suitable friends. Take care of your own condition. Don't drink alchohol or smoke cigarettes. Learn good study conduct for college. Take up a hobby that will encourage fitting hand eye coordination.[typing, computer games, etc..] Good luck:)
