Prozac combined beside blood thinner medication?

i have a platelet disorder call Essential Thrombocytosis which i will need to eventually pinch blood thinner medication for (i'm only 19 right in a minute and my plateletes aren't high plenty to put me on meds yet), but i have not long been diagnosed next to OCD and been prescribed prozac. i asked my psychiatrist if it would be okay to steal prozac with blood thinnen meds and he said it'd be fine, but i've be researching on the internet about prozac, and in attendance seems to be several negative consequences associated next to combining the two medications. within light of this information, i don't even know if i want to start prozac, if i'll eventually hold to stop it when i go on the platelet medication...but i be wondering if there are any OCD medication that are okay to use while on blood thinner meds? (i.e. aspirin, warafarin, etc.)
